In 2008, our founder Christine went to Thailand and witnessed the reality of sexual exploitation:

A person could buy a girl for a whole day for $24.

She came back home and couldn’t dismiss the injustice of human trafficking. How could a human have a price tag? And for $24?

She wanted to find a way for $24 to instead bring freedom for a lifetime.

This was the beginning of Freedom 4/24.

• $24 can EDUCATE one child in the U.S. and prevent them from being exploited,

• $24 can PROVIDE a survivor in Uganda with a month of food,

• $24 can COMFORT a girl in India with a care package after her rescue.
