Just before her senior year of high school, Abbey walked into Freedom 4/24 inquiring about a potential internship. Little did she know how quickly her passions and interests would align with the ministry of Freedom 4/24.
Abbey was born in Sarasota, Florida with her twin sister, Emma. After moving to Ohio, then Hampton Roads, Virginia, Abbey and her family moved to Forest, VA in 2013. She graduated high school in 2017. After joining Freedom 4/24, Abbey quickly developed a heart for the brave survivors of human trafficking. She was thrilled to meet the fourth group of girls to enter Christine’s House in Gulu, Uganda during the summer of 2017. The experience radically changed her life, and reaffirmed that this is the work she wants to do.
Abbey is blessed to be a part of the Freedom 4/24 team as the Programs Coordinator, working to spread its mission through programs and events all over the country. She is attending Liberty University, majoring in Strategic Communication with a minor in Business. Abbey enjoys exercise—particularly running with her dad—worship, and her cat Cheeto.
